About us

Do You Want To Feel Sensational?

As the Founder of Sensational Movement, my understanding of how I could help myself and others overcome pain begun when I experienced the 12 session Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) in 2003.

This is a Myofascial Release Technique.  The movement and manipulation of the intelligent soft tissue network known as fascia.
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place

KNOWLEDGE FROM EXPERIENCE

My work revolves around achieving Structural Balance for my clients. That is rebalancing individual joints causing the problems, as well as your overall posture results last. After a series of treatments or movement training sessions, clients consistently report feeling more physically capable and less prone to injuries.

Many of my clients struggle with issues stemming from their daily routines, like spending long hours sitting at desks or having hectic schedules that leave little time for exercise.

My main focus is on fascia, the intricate network of connective tissue throughout our bodies. Whether through movement exercises or targeted treatments, I've found that addressing fascia can provide profound insights into unlocking our body's potential.

By taking a holistic approach, my work not only directly addresses joint issues but also helps realign and recalibrate the overall structure of the body, providing long-lasting benefits even after the sessions are completed.

It's often overlooked how past experiences, mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety, and simple lifestyle habits can wreak havoc on our physical well-being. This is where my passion lies: empowering people to better manage and alleviate their pain, allowing them to live fuller, healthier lives.

Anatomy in Motion Practitioner since 2014

Much of my movement approach for personal training stems from the Anatomy in Motion method.

Having more freedom in the feet can dramatically change the rest of the body.

Anatomy in Motion (AiM) was developed by Gary Ward who wrote the book "What the Foot" and shot to fame on TV show "Call a Doctor" simply by manipulating the feet he was able to improve performance of his guests. People who were often on the end of a phone line.
