Myofascial Treatment

Effective Treatment for: Back pain – Joint stiffness – Muscular aches – Movement restrictions – Postural concerns.

Myofascial treatment focuses on easing tension in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, to support more comfortable movement and everyday wellbeing.

Treatment Timeframe: A 30-minute appointment combines light touch with subtle changes in movement, tailored to your individual needs.

Some people notice improvements within 2–6 sessions, although results vary. For more complex needs, we may recommend deeper tissue work in with a structured programme of up to 12 sessions.

Reformance Training & Pilates

Reformance training with Pilates, is a sequence of movements that helps you develop a strong and stable core.

Effective for: New mothers looking to find freedom in movement after giving birth. The elderly starting to lose stability as they age also find this training beneficial.

- Athletes, particularly tennis players and footballers, returning from an injury or those wanting to improve movement performance.

Reformance training provides you with tailored workouts that are designed to meet your specific fitness goals and address your individual needs.

Whether you aim to build strength, improve flexibility, lose weight or enhance your overall fitness, Reformance is a great place to start, whatever your experience or fitness level.

Shockwave Therapy

A non-invasive treatment to relieve pain and promote healing of injured tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues.

Shockwave Therapy can be used to treat:

Plantar fasciitis - Tendinitis - Calcific shoulder -tendinopathy - Fybromyalgia - Chronic fatigue- Long term unresolved pain.

These problems leave the muscle knots deeply imbedded in your structure which keeps it out of alignment no matter what treatment or movement method you've tried in the past.

Shock wave therapy is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment option. It doesn't require incisions, anesthesia, or a lengthy recovery period. Patients can typically resume their daily activities shortly after a session.

Corporate Wellness

Reformance offers corporate wellness to help those in your company stay pain free.

Education is the best tool to use when taking care of your body. We provide talks and workshops to help your team better understand what's good for the body and what isn't.

Prolong sitting, and improper posture can impede performance. I offer your team movement demonstrations and hands-on guidance to perform everyday tasks.

Your team leave the training having learnt movement mechanics to stay injury free. I tailor a plan for your employees to optimise how they move in the work environment.

Your Questions, Answered

Find out what to expect and how to get started with Reformance.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first appointment gives us time to understand your needs and assess how you move. Sean will explain the recommended approach and tailor the session to your comfort and ability.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies according to your needs and response to treatment. Some people notice changes within a few sessions; others benefit from a longer programme. Sean will review your progress and discuss the next steps with you.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring details of any relevant injuries, health conditions or current treatment so Sean can take these into account.

What is myofascial release?

Myofascial release works with the connective tissue surrounding your muscles. It uses hands-on techniques and gentle movement to help ease tension and improve how comfortably you move.

What is shockwave therapy?

Shockwave therapy uses a handheld device to deliver acoustic waves to a targeted area. It may help with certain persistent tendon problems. Sean will assess whether it is appropriate for you before recommending treatment.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to start Pilates or Reformance?

No. Sessions can be adapted to your starting point, whether you are new to exercise, returning after a break or looking to improve your strength and mobility.

Will treatment be uncomfortable?

Some techniques may feel tender, but you should always feel able to speak up. Sean will check in with you and adjust the pressure, movement or treatment intensity to your comfort.

Do you offer workplace wellbeing sessions?

Yes. Reformance supports corporate teams with practical sessions focused on movement, posture and everyday comfort. Get in touch to discuss your team’s needs and the options for your workplace.

Can I book an online session?

Yes, but there is currently a waitlist. Online sessions offer guided movement and practical support from home. You will need a reliable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably.

Ideally, you want to reach out to Sean first to see if you & your personal situation can join an online session. Email: [email protected], Phone: +44 7986 360193
